What Happens If You Are Under 18 or Open a Second Account

Only people aged 18 or over may open an account, and each person may hold one account. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it, void any bonus and refund the deposit. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under your own name or a relative’s, lead to the cancellation of bonus funds and the suspension of every linked account. You must give accurate personal details at registration and keep them current.

Prohibited Conduct and the Documents We Request

Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion with other players and the use of bots or any automation tool are prohibited. Where we detect such conduct we may withhold winnings, cancel bonuses and close the account.

Verification is compulsory before your first withdrawal. We ask for a passport or UK photocard driving licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill, a council tax bill or a bank statement. We may ask for further checks on payment sources when a deposit or withdrawal looks out of pattern, and funds stay on hold until the documents are accepted.

Malfunctions, Voided Rounds and Bonus Rules

If a game or a live stream malfunctions, the affected round is void, and we restore the stake or the balance that stood before the round began. Winnings that came from a fault in a provider system, such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt or Evolution Gaming, are not paid.

Bonuses are for players aged 18+. The first deposit is matched 100% up to €2,000 with 100 free spins, and bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount. Slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, BGaming, Push Gaming, Microgaming, Thunderkick and Spribe contribute 100%. Live tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live, and RNG table games, contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded, and jackpot slots such as Mega Moolah and Divine Fortune may carry separate rules. The maximum bet while a bonus is active and the expiry period are shown in the bonus terms in your account at the time of activation.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong on Our Side

Our liability to you is limited to the balance shown in your account at the time of the incident. We are not liable for lost profits, for interruptions caused by your internet provider or device, or for decisions you make on the basis of game information such as RTP figures published by the studios. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What Happens When These Terms Change

We may revise the terms to reflect a change in the law, in our payment options or in the game catalogue. The revised text is published on this page with a new revision date, and registered players are told by email to the address on their account. If you keep playing after a change takes effect you accept the new version. If you disagree, you can close your account, and any balance is paid out under the normal withdrawal process.
